When there is an update, there is an option on the update window to open the web page explaining the new features. Unfortunately, for this update, no information was given. Not only did not now say what happened to .13 and .14 but the "What's New" information for .15 is totally blank! Version .12 only said "Internal Maintenance".
From what is not there, I'm guessing that it is bug fixes.
You should occasionally, run the check for updates option from PCStitch and if you don't, it will (even less often) pop up when you load the program recommending you check for an update.
I know of no plans to send emails to users when updates are available and to have the program check itself every time it loads is a bit of overhead I'm not sure we really want.
It's easy enough to check yourself from time to time. Easy and quick!
Diane There is no such thing as a stupid question |

Posted - 04/29/2009 : 02:13:58 Hi Folks, Good to see something about the new update. What new things does it do? Is there any chance when a new update comes out that people could be sent an email about what's new or what has changed in it?
