My Program has not worked since July, Now I try to redown load it again,I hope it will work.The old program says if I try to open it errow and closes down again. Since I got it over the internet I have no disk to reinstall and download it again will take 5 hours..I would love to upgrade,but with the program not working what I can do????????????
I send e-mail after e-mail to custumer servies but got no answer as of now.Finaly after months they have my new E-Mail Addresse,but no help in what I can do?????????????????? |

It would be a tremendous help for you to post any and all error messages and details of any strange phenomenon that happens. Also, your operating system, amount of memory and speed are factors in behavior. I have found that some anti-virus software can cause all sorts of problems (notable Norton and McAfee but AVG is beginning to get to big for it's britches, too).
I recommend you email Troy at triegle@pcstitch.com with all the above details. He can at least try to help you.
