Hello,

Pro 9 works great... But, it appears there is some problem on your system that we need to resolve... Probably a good idea to email me with the details of your problem and I will do my best to help you get it going... Use the "Contact Us" link to give me the details of what you are seeing...

In general, if you install the software and it does not come up, it usually is a problem with the setup. Our normal response it to try to reinstall, making sure you are not running any other programs and disabling your Virus software (Yep, that can mess things up sometimes). If you do that, make sure to note any messages that may show up during the installation...

A note to everyone... Remember, each Windows computer is a little bit differnt, so if you have trouble like this, it is best to post a question on the "Contact Us" link on the website, and give us AS MUCH DETAIL as you can... The more of a picture you can draw for us, the better our chances of giving you a resolution on your initial emails....

It is hard for us to respond to "it is broke", or "It is not working" because that could be so many different things... The more detail you provide in your initial email, the better we can help you.

Sincerely,
Troy Riegle
