Was wonder how I can add these to the threads on PC Stitch 9

Barbara,

First, you can add your own floss palettes to any version of PCStitch using the Floss Editor. However, that is not necessary in this case. Pro 9 does include "Light Effects" palette. The Metallics are not part of the Light Effects sequence and no longer stand-alone colors.
