I have both pattern pieces CD's in addition to all of the alphabets that PCStitch Pro contains.
I've previously designed a pattern with an alphabet that I'd like to use again. I don't remember the name of it and have scrolled through EVERY Stitched Font and True Type Font that I have, not finding it.
Is there a way to open the pattern that already contains that alphabet and see what alphabet name I used? I've tried to, but if there's a way to do it, I can't figure it out.
Also, if that isn't a possibility, could the software developers look into that as a possible update. With so many possible choices out there, it's hard to find something back.
Maybe I need to document the alphabet name in Pattern Properties or Notes?
Or, if for some odd reason it's gone, can I load the Pattern Piece again to get that alphabet back?

The only part of your question I can answer is the last one. If you have purchased a pattern piece, either on a CD or by download, you can re-install it.
How you find the exact alphabet used is another problem. The stitched fonts do have previews and you may have to go through each one individually but you say you've done that.
It probably is a good idea to mark in a note or the pattern properties or the instructions what special files you have used including stitched fonts, library motifs, borders or anything else in case you want to do something similar again.
