If I go into the floss editor, click on one of the available colors, click on "Change" under the "Floss Entry Properties" and then click "Change Color" on the pop-up screen, I'm getting an error that says:

"Run-time error '339':

Component 'ltocx11n.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

I've been working with a woman in Sales to try and correct this issue with the newest release, and even attempted to put the missing file in the system folder, but nothing has worked. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I'm running Windows XP and Pro version 8.03.007.

I don't know why this file would be missing, but it needs to be registered after putting it in the system folder. Start a command prompt, and type the following commands:

cd \windows\system
regsvr32 ltocx11n.ocx

then see if it works.
