Has anyone run into this issue before?

I can't import images onto PC Stitch anymore without the programme freezing entirely. I've tried with multiple image types, uninstalling and reinstalling the programme, and no luck.

It was working up until yesterday night for me so I'm not sure what's gone wrong...

I've tried with all types of images including previously working ones and no luck. Any image I try to import freezes the programme.

I moved to Windows 11 as it wouldn't work on Windows 10. I'll try to reverse that but not ideal.

I've sent Mark a message and hopefully hear back soon!

Is this the same image you tried before or a new one? Have you tried the SAME file that worked before?

As for Win 10 vs Win 11 - PCStitch 11 is not automatically set for Win 11. It's from before Win 11 came out and is guaranteed to work with Win 10.

If you can't get it to work at all, you should probably contact Mark at mmiller@pcstitch.com

He's the only one who can address this issue.

I would first suggest a reboot of your PC. Was there any update since you last tried to import?
